Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Travel Sports Info LLC ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to any part of the Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. Material changes will be indicated by an updated version date and, where practical, an in-app notice.

2. Not Affiliated with Any Listed Organization

Travel Sports Info LLC is an independent directory and information platform. It is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise connected to any of the organizations, leagues, sanctioning bodies, teams, trainers, events, or brands listed or referenced on the Service, or any of their member organizations, subsidiaries, or affiliates.

Any references to organization names, team names, tournament names, event names, or sanctioning bodies are used for informational and identification purposes only and do not imply any partnership, affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement.

All trademarks, service marks, and trade names referenced in the Service belong to their respective owners.

3. Added Content — Release of Liability

The Service allows users and site personnel to submit or upload content, including but not limited to team profiles, player profiles, trainer profiles, reviews, comments, contact information, social media links, images, and other information ("Added Content").

We do not, and cannot, review all Added Content posted to the Service. We are not responsible for, and do not endorse, the accuracy, completeness, legality, safety, or usefulness of any Added Content. You acknowledge and agree that you may be exposed to Added Content that is inaccurate, misleading, offensive, indecent, or objectionable.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRAVEL SPORTS INFO LLC, ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY ADDED CONTENT OR FOR ANY ACT OR OMISSION OF ANY USER OR THIRD PARTY. YOU ASSUME ALL RISK ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR RELIANCE UPON ADDED CONTENT.

If you believe any Added Content violates these Terms or applicable law, please report it via the "flag" or "contact admin" mechanisms provided.

4. Your Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for any Added Content you submit. You represent and warrant that:

(a) you own or have the necessary rights to submit the Added Content and to grant the licenses in these Terms;

(b) your Added Content does not violate any applicable law or the rights of any third party (including intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity rights);

(c) all information you provide about yourself, your team, your program, or another person is accurate and not misleading;

(d) for players under 18, a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and consented to any personal information posted about the minor.

You agree not to impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any team, organization, or individual.

5. License to Added Content

You retain ownership of your Added Content. However, by submitting Added Content to the Service, you grant Travel Sports Info LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, use, distribute, modify, display, and reproduce your Added Content solely for the purpose of operating, developing, providing, and improving the Service.

This license ends when you delete your Added Content from the Service, except to the extent copies have been shared with other users (who may have retained their own copy) or are retained for backup, legal-compliance, or fraud-prevention purposes for a reasonable period.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

• post false, misleading, defamatory, harassing, threatening, hateful, obscene, or invasive content;

• solicit personal or financial information from minors;

• collect or harvest personal information about other users without their consent;

• interfere with the security or operation of the Service (including by scraping, using bots, or bypassing rate limits or access controls);

• impersonate any person, team, coach, trainer, or entity;

• violate any applicable law or regulation, including recruiting or amateurism rules that may apply to you as a coach, athlete, or program.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms.

7. No Warranty — Service Provided "As Is"

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any information (including team profiles, trainer profiles, player profiles, reviews, or location data) is accurate, complete, or current.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL TRAVEL SPORTS INFO LLC, ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR ANY ADDED CONTENT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100.00 USD).

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Travel Sports Info LLC, its owners, operators, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your Added Content; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity right.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it or by contacting us. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including limitations of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution) will survive.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall first be submitted to non-binding mediation in Santa Rosa County, Florida. If the parties are unable to resolve the dispute through mediation within sixty days, then either party may bring legal action exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Santa Rosa County, Florida. The parties hereby consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
