We are not responsible for, and do not endorse, the accuracy, completeness, legality, safety, or usefulness of any Added Content. You acknowledge and agree that you may be exposed to Added Content that is inaccurate, misleading, offensive, indecent, or objectionable.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRAVEL SPORTS INFO LLC, ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY ADDED CONTENT OR FOR ANY ACT OR OMISSION OF ANY USER OR THIRD PARTY. YOU ASSUME ALL RISK ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR RELIANCE UPON ADDED CONTENT.

You retain ownership of your Added Content. However, by submitting Added Content to the Service, you grant Travel Sports Info LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, use, distribute, modify, display, and reproduce your Added Content solely for the purpose of operating, developing, providing, and improving the Service.
This license ends when you delete your Added Content from the Service, except to the extent copies have been shared with other users (who may have retained their own copy) or are retained for backup, legal-compliance, or fraud-prevention purposes for a reasonable period.
